Drop in anytime during the event window, and you'll have about 20 minutes to create either a paperweight or a blown glass ornament with guidance from experienced artists. The $55 cost covers your materials and instruction. Kids as young as 5 can participate alongside an adult, and no prior glassmaking experience is necessary—this is designed as a friendly, hands-on taster session for curious families. Just arrive at the front desk to sign up; spots are limited to 6 per hour and can fill up quickly. Keep in mind that your finished piece will need five days to cool completely before pickup, though shipping can be arranged for an additional fee. If you'd prefer a deeper glassmaking experience with more hands-on time, the center also offers other activities you can register for in advance.
