Walk In + Make-It-Now

Looking for a fun, quick creative experience? At this drop-in event, your family can try glassmaking with guidance from experienced artists. In about 20 minutes, you'll create either a glass paperweight or a blown glass ornament. The best part? No prior experience needed, and kids as young as 5 can participate with an adult alongside them. The whole activity happens in the warm studio, but since it's so brief, you won't overheat. Admission is $55 per person, and you simply show up and sign in at the front desk—no advance booking required. Keep in mind that seating is limited to 6 spots per hour, so availability can fill up quickly. Once you've created your piece, it needs about 5 days to cool down before you can pick it up (shipping is available for an extra fee). If you'd prefer a longer, more hands-on experience with glass, the center also offers other classes you can register for ahead of time.
