The Pittsburgh Witches Ball

This masquerade celebration honors ancestors and those who have passed, beginning with an opening blessing and a dedicated ancestor altar. The evening features live performances from talented musicians and performers, including national recording artist Candi Carpenter, the Dust Bowl Faeries (a dark cabaret ensemble), and local alt-folk band Colin & the Crows. A local belly dance troupe will also perform, and dancing is highly encouraged throughout the night. The festive atmosphere welcomes witches, pagans, heathens, and all community members in a spirit of love and acceptance. Your ticket includes a buffet dinner, coffee and tea service, and access to an open cash bar. The celebration also features vendors, tarot readings, a best-dressed costume contest, and concludes with a ritual remembrance for those who've passed (participation is optional). Doors open at 7 p.m. Advance tickets are $55, with door pricing available at $65 cash or $75 by card. Local shops around Pittsburgh sell tickets to avoid shipping fees. This is a drug-free, weapon-free, inclusive event designed for all ages and backgrounds seeking a meaningful, spirited evening.
