Teen Time: Taller de Arpillera
Teens learn Chilean arpillera folk art and create their own textile design.
During this Teen Time program at Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh's East Liberty branch, teens will explore arpillera—a traditional Chilean textile art form with deep historical and political roots. Participants will design and create their own piece using adapted arpillera techniques, blending cultural learning with hands-on making.
