Teen Choice
Teen hangout with games, crafts & activities at Carnegie Library.
Teen Choice gives your teen the freedom to direct their own creative time at the library. During this hour-long session, participants can pick from several options: continue a project started at the previous week's Teen Time program, try something completely new using available supplies and games in the Teenspace, or share a personal interest by teaching fellow teens about something they're passionate about. The Teen Specialists on staff are there to guide and support everyone throughout the session.
This program welcomes teens in grades 6–12 and offers a nice mix of structure and independence. Whether your teen is looking to finish something they've started, explore a new hobby, or connect with peers over shared interests, there's room for all kinds of creative directions. It's a great way for them to spend an afternoon at the library with adult support available when they need it.
