Super Science
Hands-on science activities and experiments at Carnegie Library.
Super Science gives elementary students a chance to dive into hands-on learning that connects reading with real scientific exploration. During this hour-long session, kids in kindergarten through fifth grade will hear a story read aloud on a science topic, then jump right into quality STEM activities designed to spark curiosity and encourage them to think like scientists.
This program works well for kids who enjoy learning by doing—expect interactive experiments and activities rather than passive instruction. It's a great way for your child to experience science as something exciting and accessible, not just something in a textbook. The session runs one hour at the Hazelwood library location.
