Riverview Park Day 2026

Riverview Park Day is back! This annual celebration brings the community together to support one of Pittsburgh's cherished green spaces. The four-hour event features activities and programming aimed at raising awareness and funds for the park's ongoing care and improvement. Local partners including the City of Pittsburgh, Friends of Riverview Parks, Northside Leadership Conference, and the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy are working together to make the day special. A highlight for families is the Allegheny Observatory, which opens its doors for kid-friendly tours starting at 3:30 p.m. Keep in mind that reservations are required to visit the observatory, so plan ahead if this is something your family wants to experience.
