ProjectArt Pittsburgh Allegheny Ages 8-12

ProjectArt Pittsburgh offers free art classes for kids ages 8–12 at the Allegheny library location. Professional artists lead these weekly sessions, each running one hour, and all materials are provided. The curriculum follows national arts education standards while encouraging creativity and a genuine love for making art. Classes run throughout the school year (September through May), so your child can join at any point that works for your family. Registration is required in advance since spots fill up, but enrollment happens on a rolling basis year-round. To sign up and learn more details, visit the registration link provided. This is a great option if you're looking for quality arts instruction without the cost, taught by working artists right in your neighborhood.
