Playdate at the Library
Unstructured playtime for babies and toddlers at Carnegie Library's main branch.
Bring your little one (birth through age 5) to an unstructured playtime designed for families to connect and explore together. Your child will have access to toys, games, and materials in the library's children's space while you meet other families in your community. It's a relaxed, informal gathering where kids can play and learn at their own pace.
Staff from the Children's Services team will be on hand to chat with, answer questions, and help create a welcoming environment for your family. Whether your child is a crawler, toddler, or preschooler, this is a chance to enjoy some quality playtime in a community space without the pressure of a structured program.
