Meet Our Partner: Literacy Pittsburgh at CLP – Main (Oakland)
Literacy Pittsburgh is hosting an information session to introduce families and adults to their free educational programs serving Allegheny County and Beaver County. Whether you're looking to earn your high school credential, improve English language skills, prepare for U.S. citizenship, strengthen reading or math abilities, or develop computer skills, this is a chance to learn about what they offer. Their team will be on hand to answer questions, help with sign-ups, and point you toward additional resources that might be helpful for your situation.
The program runs for an hour and is available both in person and online, so you can choose what works best for your schedule. If attending in person, you'll meet staff at the Job & Career Education Center on the library's second floor. Literacy Pittsburgh offers flexible learning options—small group classes, one-on-one tutoring, and both virtual and in-person formats—so there's likely a fit for different preferences and needs.
