LIVING HISTORY DAY! COLONIAL PLAYTIME AND PASTIMES

Step back in time at Historic Hanna's Town, where kids can try their hand at toys and games from early America. This hands-on event lets families experience what children's playtime looked like during the 18th century. The museum's Exhibit Gallery and gift shop will be open all day, giving you plenty to explore between activities. Best of all, admission is completely free and open to everyone—though donations support the site's work. Several local food vendors will be on-site throughout the day if you'd like to grab a bite, so you can easily spend several hours here. This is a wonderful way for kids to learn history by actually playing with it, rather than just reading about it.
