Little Artists

Little Artists offers young children a hands-on introduction to creative exploration at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh's Mt. Washington location. During this short session, babies and toddlers (birth through age 5) can experiment with colors, shapes, textures, and different materials in a sensory-rich environment. It's a chance for your little one to discover and play while you're right there beside them. Since this is a messy, exploratory activity, plan to dress your child in clothes that can handle paint, water, or other materials without worry. The session runs for just 30 minutes, making it a perfect outing for families with young children. Registration is handled through the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh—you can reach them at 412-622-3114 or check their website for any details about signing up.
