Kids Club: Communities

Kids Club: Communities celebrates America's 250th anniversary by helping children understand what makes neighborhoods strong. During this one-hour session, your child will explore how positive change starts at the local level and discover what it means to be a good neighbor. The highlight is a hands-on building project where kids design their own structure to contribute to a collaborative little town, making the concepts of community tangible and fun. This program is geared toward school-age kids in kindergarten through fifth grade. It's a great way to spark conversations about civic responsibility and local involvement while letting kids express their creativity. The event is part of the library's America250PA programming initiative.
