Kids Choice

Kids Choice gives your child the freedom to shape their own experience at the library. During this hour-long session, kids in grades K–5 can pick up where a previous Kids Club activity left off, dig into the toys and games available in the children's area, or share a skill or hobby they're passionate about with other kids. Children's Services staff are on hand throughout to help guide the activities and keep things running smoothly. This is a great option if your child likes having choices and enjoys a mix of independent exploration and social interaction. Whether they're focused on a specific activity, browsing what's available, or feeling confident enough to teach their peers something new, there's room for different interests and comfort levels. It's a low-pressure way for school-age kids to spend time at the library doing what appeals to them most.
