Full Day Youth Art Workshop: Nature Art

Your child will spend the day immersed in creative exploration at the Frick, working with teaching artists to develop their artistic skills across different mediums. Students in grades 2–5 will learn about nature-focused artists, take a tour of the Frick's expansive 10-acre grounds, and create their own artwork using natural materials they find outdoors. This hands-on workshop offers a safe, inspiring environment where kids can connect with peers, discover new interests, and leave with two to five finished pieces of art to take home. The workshop runs as a full-day program, scheduled during Pittsburgh Public Schools in-service days to provide families with quality childcare and enrichment. Admission is $110 per participant. This is a great option for young artists who enjoy nature, want to explore a museum collection, or simply need a creative outlet during a school day off.
