Escape USS Requin: Attack!

Join your family for an immersive puzzle adventure aboard an actual submarine at the Kamin Science Center. You and your team will have 60 minutes to work together, solve brain-teasing challenges, and uncover clues hidden throughout USS Requin as you race to help the vessel escape. This experience blends hands-on problem-solving with fascinating details about Pittsburgh history, the submarine itself, and Cold War–era science. It's a memorable way to engage your minds while exploring a real piece of maritime history. This experience is designed for teens age 13 and up, accompanied by at least one adult, and works best for groups of 4 to 6 people. Tickets must be purchased in advance—walk-ups aren't available. Members pay $175 per group, while nonmembers pay $200 per group. Participants board directly from the Riverwalk and won't need to enter the main building. Keep in mind that full mobility is required, and outside food and drink aren't permitted inside the submarine. Photos and videos cannot be taken during the escape room. In case of bad weather, you can reschedule your time slot or request a refund.
